My Mystical Spritz was designed to be used as a part of a simple ritual for directing your energy to a calmer and fresher vibration. Throughout my spiritual journey I have learned a variety of approaches to achieve an energy shift, and My Mystical Spritz has roots in the traditions that I respectfully participate in. I believe that rituals are a deeply personal form of communication within and beyond yourself. I encourage you to incorporate My Mystical Spritz into your spiritual toolkit in a way that makes sense to you. 

This edition of Spritz is called WITH LOVE. It was created with ingredients selected for their harmonious blend of cleansing, grounding, and uplifting energies.

New Moon Water: This is filtered water that was charged on the night of the New Moon with crystals and candlelight. The energy of this lunation is cleansing and offers clarity. Perfect for refreshing your energy and clarifying your intentions. 

Essential Oils: Ethically sourced to ensure the energy is vibrant, my signature blend of essential oils was curated for the energetic cues they offer. The scent is meant to be a gentle and momentary part of the experience. 

Amethyst: Let your energy get grounded so you’re able to clearly and calmly connect with your vision.

Aquamarine: This crystal invokes a soothing wave of energy. Receive and share the energy of life with ease and peace.

HOT TIP: Before you get spritzing, give the bottle a few gentle flips to allow the ingredients to blend.

Some recommended statements of energetic intention: 

I choose to vibrate with loving energy. 

I choose to clear all that isn’t aligned with my best energy. 

I choose peace of mind, body and spirit. 

I am love, loved, and loving. 

Once you have set the intention, get to spritzing! Spritz above your head, in front of your heart, behind your body, and at your feet. If you’re releasing any anger or fear,  add a spritz at your gut.
